Promo code **** - Takealot

I had good experiences and bad experiences with Takealot.

I received an email with a promo code. When I tried several times to use the promo code at checkout, I kept on getting an error message saying that 'the code is not valid to this customer account'.

Now how can this be if the email and promo code is addressed to me??

I sent a query to Takealot regarding this. One consultant contacted me via email and requested I send screenshots of the error message at checkout. I duly comp**** and to date still didn't get any feedback back. The promo code is only valid till end of August 2024.
