Promises promises promises

I paid for my order on the 14th, one of the items was said to be out of stock after placing the order. I received an email with an option of receiving the items that are in stock immediately and the one that is out of stock I will receive in due time, or get refunded. I opted for delivery and wait for the one that is out of stock. I'm stil waiting
