Promises, promises and still no delivery on items.

I ordered goods from Takealot on the 7th of December, I've been receiving messages saying it will be arriving on this day between 8-5 ( this has happened three times already), this item was meant to be a gift for Christmas day. I emailed customer services telling them what has been going on and they promised my delivery will be with me today.... surprise surprise NOTHING!!!

Not happy at all!
