Promises Promises

I ordered and receive a Telefunken Alarm Clock and Radio. I was not happy with it and request it to be returned. Takealot promised to collect it on Friday 1 December but it was a no-go without any explanation. The next promised date was 6 December, a no-go again, because, according to them they did not have my details. The last one 8 December, another no-go without any explanation.
