Promises and no delivery

Been promised the whole day by Stacey that my delivery will be made before 3PM. No delivery made and 3 SMS's received while changing the date and time. Every time I ask Stacey she says to ignore the SMS received and that I will receive the delivery before 3 PM. Now I will not be able to give my assignment in on time and Takealot just doesn't care, just pay and we will make promises with no delivery. Worst worst worst ever. Don't try to buy something from them because it is 5% cheaper, the trouble you go through to get it is not worth that 5%. Last time ever, I'm done!!
