Promised Next Day Delivery - Yet Another Disappointing Experience

A 1 star review for usually a three to four star service. I placed a R1026 order on 29 May 2023 and was guaranteed for next day delivery, anywhere from 08h00 to 17h00. I waited and watched the delivery tracker on the App, only to be told that was unavailable and they would deliver today, 30 May 2023. I follow the process again and watch the tracker via the app, and watched my order schedule turn from rescheduled to cancelled. Now I am on their delivery care centre number ***, for a second time today still on hold. On both occasions I did not receive a call from the courier asking me to come and fetch my parcel from the gate like every other time.
