Promised Delivery once again missed!!! 5 days now!
I placed another order (2nd one for Christmas), order number ***, which was promised to be deliverer yesterday

It's therefore disappointing to hear that we've failed to do so with your last two orders and we're really sorry for the frustration this has caused you.
