Promised delivery on 28th January, still not here
I placed an order on the 26th January 2016, the delivery date scheduled was 28th which was yesterday. I even received a notification on the 26th to say it was dispatched. I have received no notification since then and need to phone again to now be told it'll be sent next week<br> <br> Completely unacceptable, this is now the second time.
