Promised delivery and not informed of delay

I have been promised delivery of today for items I required to take with my on a weekend trip and delivery was set for today. I called Mr delivery to query the status and was informed it was going to be delivered, twice today I got the same response. Finally the third time I was informed it is on hold and I won't be getting my delivery today as there's items still outstanding and they aren't in Stock. <br> <br> Prior to this I was not informed it will not be delivered today. I had to call and query it multiple times. Especially after it being set as delivery was for today, as soon as this wasn't possible, I should have been formed. <br> <br> Find it very ridiculous that there's a deviation from the original date of delivery and I was not informed. Absolutely disgusted with the service.
