Promised a delivery on the 22/12 till not received it
I have send thru numerous emails regarding the order # ********** 3 and I have not received any curtesy response and I was promised that My order will be delivered on the 22/12 till today no response or feedback. kindly cancel my order and refund my money please so I can be able to buy the items I need...

09 Jan 2018, 12:35My query it’s still not resolved, the only response I get it’s::: Your query has been escalated to the relevant department and will advise with the feedback... still nothing... from all the people I spoke to:::Nwabisa, Nevona, Lesley, Erin, Chad,Gerald and resently Akeeda who still have not responded... A query from the 20/12/2017 and today it’s the 9th January 2018... I haven’t received such a bad service from the company like TAKEALOT
