hi<br> <br> I have logged a Complaint against Tatealot about 4-5 weeks ago with regards to a Tablet that I had purchased from them within an hour of me logging the complaint I received a call and I was promised that the problem will be resolved then it took another week for someone to get back to me I sent an email and then I received another call asking if I want a refund or if the Tablet should be replace I requested are replacement and till today still had no response from Takealot till this morning when I received an email stating that mu order was cancelled due to me not making a payment. I just don't seem to understand how there service can be this pathetic .First the Tablet is not repaired as promised then I wait 3 weeks for a replacement.<br>
