Professional under pressure

I placed an order but when I collected, the item was different from what was described on the website. The guy at the counter who assisted (can't remember his name but the order number was ***) was very professional and helpful even though the queue was growing and he had to attend to multiple queries. Too often I see people just not interested in the client but this was not the case. Good attitude and good customer service.
