Professional and Polite Consultant at Takealot.

Thank you so much to Melissa, @ customer care Takealot. Melissa sorted out my query regarding a delivery that was spilt, without my knowledge. Melissa was polite and professional, and also advised she would do what she could to speed up the delivery of the missing item. Melissa could not advise why I wasn't notified that the order would be split, due to items coming from different provinces. Having dealt with very unprofessional consultants of late, Melissa was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Other Corporate Companies should clearly get their consultants trained at Takealot!
