**** Products passed off as legitimate

I purchased a 2 packs of Pokémon Crown Zenith booster packs from Takealot, I opened both packs and found that the cards were **** this was confirmed by a known supplier of who sells legitimate Pokémon merchandise. Firstly because the cards were not stacked in their usual order, there were no energy cards and no code cards either. Secondly the amount of rare or valuable cards that were provided is not something that one would ever find in a Pokémon pack, much less a booster. Lastly I submitted my return to Takealot, I informed the agent at returns that I opened the packs and was still urged to log a return only for it to be declined because I opened them. I also emailed proof to the agent of the cards that are legitimate and the cards that are ****. As a collector of rare and valuable cards I would expect that Takealot would sell legitimate products and not allow their customers to be ****med and refund them instead of simply declining the return.
