Products paid for and not delivered

On 28 October 2022 I placed an order at Takealot. It included two items tht were never delivered. One was a pre workout and the other was a tick / flea medication for a dog. Funny thing is that they have delivered a kind of shower brush thing which I never ordered. I have tried following up on this but have now reached the stage that the consultant (a certain Johnaide.S) seems to have stopped following up and is ignoring any further queries and prompts from me. I suppose it is a case of cut your losses and rather try somewhere else. On the site they reckon that everything has been delivered but they either have very *********** staff or they dont mind *****ing money.
