PRODUCTS ORDERS CHANGED WITHOUT CONSENT

Ordered and paid for Omnia 811 HD 1080P Outdoor 5G WiFi IP Camera. Only to find out that i was send a Jortan IPC360 camera instead? Totally incorrect camera. On my previous order i received a faulty camera. And now the do not answer any calls.
