Products not complete

I bought 3 items, they were delivered a bit late due to riots but they communicated the delay,

However , one of the products i bought, it was camera lenses, 3-in-1 but i only got 2 lenses instead of 3, the exchange and returns option or tab on my app isn't allowing me to raise it it up for a return, i got bored and didn't even send an email.
