Products missing . Most important ones

Do they have a system in place ? I don't think so. They nearly every time forget a product. I wait weeks for my stuff and then when it comes , there is the most important item missing , not with my order. It's not the first time either. For my son's birthday I ordered his present, they delayed it and I then also item never arrived and I had to wait longer , so how do you tell a little one sorry your present isn't here only coming two weeks late. It's ridiculous
