Products for sale but not in stock

Takealot doesn't update their stock availability in their app. Numerous times have bought and paid products only to be informed (days later) that the product is out of stock. E-books can't be downloaded even though they were paid for and notifications received to download. When trying to download you get a notification that you can't download the book because you have "no tokens available". After complaints you get credit because they actually can't sell the book. Why put it on the app then?!
