I purchased the perfume as a gift for my mother. However, when I visited her a month later, I realised the perfume was a counterfeit and not an authentic product. The packaging and scent clearly indicated it wasn't genuine. Sadly, the product had already been used because my mother had no idea it was a ****.

Takealot is exploiting its customers, and this kind of service is completely unacceptable. I feel deceived and ****** of my hard-earned money by being sold a **** item.
