Products delivered incorrectly twice in the same week

Places two separate orders this week. Both orders were INCORRECT. The first item had the incorrect contents and the wrong colour. The second item is a birthday present that ie needed today. I ordered a gas fire stick and got delivered ink. Now I am trying to call returns and no one is picking up! This is unacceptable. What is going on at your warehouse??? I wont order from you again!!
