Products arrive looking like they came from a junksale

I am usually very happy with Takealots service. My most recent order however was not a great experience. Although the outer box was in good condition, almost all the goods from meds to vitamins to accessories came in smashed up packaging. Its as if i bought goods at a garage sale. Previously, only one item arrive as such. Standards are dropping fast.
