Product with Poor Quality standard

I purchased a Perfume “ Hermes 100mls” in March 2023 when I collected my order. The product was not of original quality and i have logged a counterfeit good enquiry with Takealot customer care and was told that they also source from a Third Party and they will investigate and outcome will not be shared due to third party privacy agreement. This is unfair to me as a Takealot customer as i did not engage with Third party i order directly from their website as they advertised and with belief that they authenticate all products supp**** to customers
