Product stuck in Cape Town warehouse

I bought a camera lens hood. The product said collect Johannesburg or Cape Town. So I bought it and waited for the delivery email to Johannesburg. I got the email but they shipped it to Cape Town Takealot warehouse. Now I am trying to get it here or to Johannesburg at least but Takealot do not get back to me...there is no way of rerouting or changing delivery...and they just dont seem to care.
