Product reviews censored and biased

I have been using Takelot for years and have found their service and products excellent. I have also often looked at the product reviews and have been influenced by them.

However, I recently posted two negative reviews on faulty products and posted my experience on the review. Both reviews were rejected by Takelot for "not meeting their guidelines". In other words, they have sole discretion to decide which reviews get posted and which to block.

This led me to Helllo Peter and I was shocked to see 1000's of complaints, with no reply from Takelot. They just ignore them all! I will be much more careful about ordering from them in future. Takelot used to be my first choice for convenience. Now I will try instore first and only use them as a last resort.
