Product review rejected

I bought a product at Takealot and when I received it, it was not as I expected it to be. The image and the Takealot description did not match what I received. I wrote a review on Takealot and they rejected it even though I stated exactly what my experience was with the product. Why hide the truth from other customers? My review wasn't in any way rude or discriminatory and it was true in every way. Makes me wonder how many other reviews you censor. Why ask us to review and then reject the review?
