Product Returns

I am disappointed in Takealot. A product (portable monitor) was sent back (within warranty) to be replaced (LED display seems to be distorted). Upon feedback from Takealot, there "was visible damage", but there was no visible damage. When asking for a damage report to see what was defined as "visible damage", the warehouse: "do not do any reports".
