PRODUCT RETURN FRUSTRATION

I need to return a faulty product and not being able to get hold/reach them is FRUSTRATING! Can they just put contact details for easy access on their platforms please. The product does not even reflect in my previous orders anymore, I just can't get assistance with the return of the product bought. Can they call me please!
