Product return

I returned a product to Takealot with reason "The product is not what I ordered or not as described". Reference MRRN-VBXXD-9APB. 24 days after delivery. NOT because it was broken or damaged or something was missing. When opening the product I noted there is an additional part I need to buy separately. Not because its missing. The return was initially approved and then again declined.

I followed up in this regard - ***. TRYING to explain the situation to Koketso.K on 17 August, AGAIN to Brandon.S on 19 August and AGAIN to Rabia.P on 29 August, after not receiving any feedback for 10 days.

I am not sure how THREE people cannot understand this. TERRIBLE service!!! VERY unexpected.
