Product quality - Terrible

I purchased 2 bottles of Azzaro Pour Elle EDP 75ml For Her (Parallel Import) on the 7th of October 2021. On Friday I decided to use the perfume. It spelt like spirits and the colour does not look the same as the original Azzaro perfume. This is false advertising. The colour on the add on the Takealot website is different to what you actually get. It doesnt even smell like perfume. What *******s!! When I logged onto Takalot, for a refund. The option of a refund is no longer there. How can you trust a company that advertises one thing, after you pay, you get something totally different. I bought perfume for the smell... not for the smell of spirits. If I wants spirits, I would have bought sanitizer. Takealot is really taking their customers for granted. Pure ****************!!!!
