product out of stock????
i made an order for a product (order number ***) and paid for it only to receive an email from a Cassandra Leggat that the product was out of stock, really why did the system accept my payment. I got email at 14:14 but when i went onto their website at 20:15 it still shows that the product is in stock????<br> <br> This is misrepresentation and i am so disappointed.

We understand your disappointment by the out of stock situation, especially after you've paid for the order. This isn't supposed to happen & we'll get our complaints team to address this with the buyer Cassandra, first thing in the morning to get to the bottom of this.
Once they've done so they'll be in touch with feedback & a possible solution to resolve the issue. Sorry for the bad experience, we'll try to get this sorted out as quickly as possible.
