product not working

Hi

I will like to express a huge disappointment with the hoover boards i bought from you guys.

I was delivered on the 01 July 2024 and when i checked it it seems like it was used as no manual was provided and the charger on the plug it seemed broken and had some scratches it was charging. I gave it a benefit of a doubt but on the 12 July it did not work properly it was just spinning till today. I will like it to be replaced or rather refund me my money
