product not up to standard

About4 months ago I purchased a kettle and it is rusting around the spout. I logged a return request and was told that we could choose another kettle and Takealot would send someone to collect the defected one. <br> <br> However the story changed in that we have to be without a kettle until Takealot factory assesses the kettle. I sent pictures of the kettle rusting to Takealot before, and find it unreasonable to accept that we should be without a kettle wherein we boil water for beverages while Takealot scrutinizes the defected. <br> <br> I dont think i will buy from Takealot again as there are rules and regulations yes, but there is also reasoning. Buying on-line is for convenience that is the aim of it, conveneince and you are inconveniencing me because your product is not up to scratch
