Product not returned

In general I receive good service from Takealot, however I am not impressed with this instance.

I ordered a product late 2021 and returned it early 2022 due to the product being faulty, after they received the product, they notified me that they could not complete the return due to the manual not being included in the package I sent back.

After some time, I found the manual and e-mailed them to tell them that we could arrange a collection so that my return can be concluded. I have not received a reply to the numerous mails I sent and I have still not been refunded or the item replaced. Today I sent a mail to see if they can send back my product so that I can try and fix it myself, because at this moment they are sitting with my product that I already paid for.

Let’s hope I get a response this time.
