Product not received even though their system says it was.

I ordered a product from them that did not arrive. On the system they say I signed for it and it was delivered. I was not even home on that date. I have tried to query this and it is absolutely impossible. I keep getting a repetitive email from someone who I'm sure is a bot of sorts. I would like this resolved.
