product not received
I purchased two ebooks for studying on 28 Feb. Since the purchase was made I could not download either of the 2 ebooks. All steps in respect of authorising and deauthorising was done on your instruction without success I have not received the goods I paid for. I demand a full refund otherwise this is theft. Again the technical issues is NOT my problem.<br> <br> I paid and demand the product I paid for.I paid R448-00, you were very quick to take my money but not deliver the product.
