Product not included on delivery
My order was delivered to somewhere else in the area yesterday late afternoon and signed for!! Im now trying to see how to get MY order (which is urgent).
Takelot really need to use more security verification when delivering an order. They need to send you a PIN number to your cellphone like other couriers do to make sure the authorised person takes receipt of this parcel)
Ive now called Takelot twice and am getting nowhere!! Promises, promises and nothing is happening. Ive never had such bad service from Takelot before :(

As a shift worker, I woke up at 16h00 and opened the parcell to my dissapoinmet a empty box, only the tin without a lid. My wife accepted the present and she was talled by the driver we often order alcohol? Why will he know that. This is the second time with this type of incedent
