Product never delivered

I ordered a few products and according to the tracking app it was delivered to a ****orker. I find it unacceptable that they can just give a package to somebody who isn't me. And why would I have a ****orker at a residential address. When I tried to call their support team I have to wait for hours and then I don't receive any answers. I have now logged a ticket with their team. After I logged the ticket I received an email where they just stated that they would be investigating the situation, instead of sending me a replacement order. After waiting on them for 3 days, nobody has tried to communicate with me about when I will receive a replacement product.
