Product faulty and takealot doesn't respond

I bought a strip light for my daughter's room. It comes with a sticky backing to stick it on a frame or wall. We installed it and a day later it fell off the wall and got damaged.I returned it to takealot over a month ago and have not been refunded as the product was faulty.
