Product and packaging damages of mouse

Receive product that is damage with mouse pee and poo and the smell is extreme. The packaging is even damages. There is no way the packer did not realize it or saw that the packing is damage. Even saying they could not smell the pee smell. Then I unpack I could smell it and thing start falling out.
