Product advertised as in stock but out of stock
I purchased an item via the app that said \shipped in 5-7 working days\". A few days later I was emailed that the order was cancelled since the item was out of stock. <br> <br> No effort was made to arrange an alternative/similar product and no offer of a discount was made to compensate for inconvenience caused."
