Problems with returns

I'm a regular customer of Takealot and returns used to be easy. This time they've split my order of 4 cameras in two, delivered 2 cameras and cancelled the order for the other 2. As I need 4 of the same it seems the specific camera has been discontinued. I'm struggling for a week now to get a refund. The 2 cameras, still unopened, has been collected 6 days ago and still reflects on their system as 'collection scheduled'. I need the funds to buy replacement cameras and although I've phoned twice they consultants just tell me the same story every time. Goods on the way from the courier to the Takealot warehouse.
