Problems with returning a product

I can not give this service a rate as they give you no option to contact them when there is a problem, how can one do business with people you can not contact.

I ordered shoes online with takealot knowing that they have a " no problem return" promise. I got the shoes and it was to narrow for my foot and so i asked for a bigger size and there was none and so I requested a return with credit that can stay on my account and all was good. All this time I think I have credit and I can buy when i need something and meantime today I got a parcel and in the parcel was the shoes. I went into my account and found that they took back the credit and wrote that the product was not in good condition. Now understand I only fit one shoe on my foot and put the shoes right back in the box and even now when I opened it it is in perfect condition, brand new. Now I am trying to speak to someone about it and there is just no way, the best you get is a robot answer. How will I order from them now again for myself or my business? If one promise hassle free return then one should keep your promise. Online shopping is just not good.
