Problem with return
<p>I bought a nikon camera for R6889 from Takealot as I am going for a month long holiday. Found out just before my trip that the camera is faulty. Takealot authorised my return (RRN-A0AA-3B55). I made a request for item to be uplifted before 12pm on said day as I had a flight to catch. Couriers never arrived. I am now sitting with a faulty camera and will only be able to log a return when I get back after a month. I insist on a full refund on my return. It is not my fault if they could not pick up as arranged</p>
