Problem not solved

I can't seem to pay an order online with mobicred it says the order is in use. No one is helping me when I can in they said I must just delete the order and reload. Even though I explained several time that I cannot do that because now the price has gone up. No one seems to be interested in fixing the problem. Please can someone help me.
