I am truly impressed by the workings of takealot.com. From making it easy to track orders. To delivering before time. To contacting me if their is gonna be a delay and also to inform me that the delay has been resolved.

In the beginning of the year I purchased an item for a friend who lives over 100 km away. Takealot.com were able to inform me of the progress and were able to deliver. Their commitment to a hassle free experience for their customers is refreshing.

If I can have one quib it would be that the courier guys call before coming directly to the house. I had to meet one of them in town when he arrived two days early.
