Priority delivery se gat

Why do I pay extra for priority delivery? There is no priority. Wait all day...speak to the driver and explain in detail how to get to the place even give land marks only to be told your address is wrong and delivery will be rescheduled. I could have saved myself the money and just done a normal delivery.
