Printer Cartridges Delivery

When the item you want to buy states express delivery ex stock, one would expect a day or 2 delivery. Well this is really not the truth. After speaking on the help line to negotiate a better delivery date of the now quoted 6 days ,I was told that that it has been shipped from the warehouse, but I would have to wait for an sms to confirm this as they are not sure. This is useless information. I could have gone somewhere else and collected printer cartridges off the shelf .
