Pricing is unacceptable

I have ordered a few items for my wife for her birthday they charged me almost R400 for a hair product (yes one jar) only to find out afterwards the price is R170 for the bottle and they are even running a promotion on this now for like R70 i mailed the customer care however usless its now been a week after and i feel like why should i pay double for something thats actually worh a lot less i always got great service however this is *******
