Price hiked

I purchased a Gold Air PTC heater for R947, to my surprise I received a tiny heater that costs about R539 in other places. I went back to talealot website the very same heater was priced at R599 (original price) and reduced by 13% ( marked on sale). Why was I not charged R947 for a Heater that costs R599? My order no. is ***4. This is ********, they stole my money.
